L0SS
2 ‘LV’ Monsters of the same Level This card’s Rank is equal to the Level of the monsters used to summon it. This card gains ATK equal to its Rank x 300. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 'LV' monster that you control; return that target to your hand, and Special Summon 1 monster from your hand or Deck that is listed in the sent monster's text, ignoring its Summoning conditions. [hr] This originally had no Rank at all, but I thought that might break some ancient rule of Yugimonz, so I gave it one. On reflection, this card is pretty unique in it's design, in that it can be used with non-specific Level monsters, and has a fluctuating Rank. It's basically a walking Level Up!, with a juicy attack gain if you go into this with, say, two LV 8 Horuses. By the way, the Rank isn't meant to be equal to the combined Level, only the individual Level. Have I done it right?
Therrion
Sounds like you worded it right. Pretty cool, once per turn Level Up! you have on dis' eer Xyz Monsta. The x 300 makes it suiting for whatever rank it reachs, so that is nice. It is an original idea, so I like that. At first I saw you get the monster you Level Up! back to your hand, and was at first kind of like, "Just send it to the graveyard...", but looking at it now, I'm glad it doesn't send. You need 3 face-up LV monsters to even use it properly, 2 of which need to share a Level and the last of which needs to be a non-max LV monster to benefit from this guy. Rather conditional, somewhat slow, but powerful when it hits the field. Xyz Reborn makes a surprise Level up as well as a 1300 monster. Me gusta. Sora1499
Awesome card Plainview. The design rewards you for investing in LV monsters, which is nice, as well as speeding up the process of Leveling up monsters like that scrappy level 6 Horus. Of course, LVs would need a speed upgrade in order to function better, but a support such as this is a good start. Also, I think you have to say "Ignoring any and all summoning conditions", or else your upgraded monsters are given semi-nomi status.

Thanks, I'm going to work on some more general support for them, kind of like your card. I might play around with some interesting concepts in order to make them different from everything else though (sort of like this). Level 6 Horus is a pain, so the idea is to go into this early on (2 Level 4s or something), and then speed your way into 6 and 8. Definitely needs some extra cards to be worth it, though. I took the wording straight from Level Up!, and a searched on DN for a card with the wording, and couldn't find one. Until I hear otherwise, I'll keep it as is. Cheers, Sora.
