Well, I find it kind of powerful that it can basically both recycle, but also create an engine for getting stuff you might want in the Graveyard in there. Though, since that's all it can do without there being other monsters on the field, I suppose that is fine. The Semi-Nomi on it works well enough, it doens't need Nomi, and Reptiles do need a push. It's Level 7 works well for certain Xyz Summoning stuff, it's Attribute is nice as it act likes another target for EEV, which can really help Reptiles. Yeah, it's alright, though the engine still kind of bugs me in the wrong way, even if Reptiles have limited support, but it does require 3 in the Graveyard already, so you need a bit more set-up for you to use it.

 

OCG fix: Alright, I have started to notice, you never capitalize any of the summons in any way. You always do that, no exceptions as far as I'm aware, so just make it a thing to remember. Also, hand, field, banish(ed) are not capitalized, Graveyard, Deck and Extra Deck are always capitalized, just another thing I notice on your cards. Lastly, you have to semi-colons in one sentence, which doesn't happen. I have made it in a way that I think works the way you wish, but be sure to say if it isn't.

Perhaps make the Reptiles require different names, but that may slow it. It just feels a tad too easy to Summon, which I guess is alright because as Zazu said, Reptiles need a push. This could work wonders with a Rabbit/Tour Guide Reptile build, sending Reptiles you want in the Grave there while recycling Rabbit targets into the Deck to abuse later with Leviair onto a Rabbit.

It is rather wrong to say this is a Hyperion at all, however, due to the fact it can only hit monsters. Not extending the reach to S/T zone makes the card much worse, as it is then prone to battle phase traps or unable to break stall situations (which doesn't happen in Meta, but in random/casual play, you would regret not being able to hit the backrow).
