Zazubat
Because this is quickly becoming one of my favorite Decks. Anyway, I tried to limit it as much as possible, without also making it useless, as it is a Tour Guide-ish card, which most arn't really a fan off. The art is suppose to represent that it's a futuristic world where Utopia has been slain, and that she's the "Avenger of Utopia". If that makes any sense. When this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up: You can Special Summon 1 “Avenger of Utopia” from your hand or Deck, but it cannot attack this turn. This effect of “Avenger of Utopia” can only be used once per turn. Cannot be used as an Xyz Material, except for the Xyz Summon of a “Number” monster. Cannot be used as a Synchro Material monster. Cannot be equiped with “ZW” cards, except from monsters on the field that are not named “ZW - Eagle Claw” or “ZW - Leo Arms”.
Therrion
Don't really care for a Rank 4 Tour Guide, to be honest. Even by limiting it to Numbers, that doesn't limit it too much and in most cases the player would like to go into Utopia and play it safe anyways (unless Chain is the better choice, which I am glad it doesn't allow a Chain play). I like that you made the ZW that are easy to Summon (that are strong) not equippable and the ones in hand non-equippable also. I also like how it is a pseudo once per duel unless assisted card, which adds balance somewhat to how ridiculously OP it is to Normal Summon a 2500 attack negating creature like it is Level 4 or lower that just happens to be the key in a Deck.
