TRUE RULER^(Imper.Di )
I decided to use the Image of Grizzly because he's a match winner(and is illegal) because hey, he's only a collector's card and he looks cool. He's a Lv 9 Ritual, Pretty powerful, but not the best thing you could get slapped with. Lore: Must first be Ritual Summoned by the effect of "Chalice of Dreams". When this monster is Ritual Summoned: Banish 1 card your opponent controls. If you Banish a monster by this effect: player's cannot Special Summon monsters of the same Attribute of that monster; monsters your opponent controls of that same Attribute have their effects negated while this card is face-up on the field. If a Spell or Trap Card is Banished in this way: your opponent cannot activate cards of the same card-type. When this card battles: inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of Beast-Type monsters in your graveyard x400. On being Summoned he Banishes a card your opponent controls. And either: 1) disallows either player to SS 1 Attribute, and negates the effects of your opp. monsters of that attribute(while face-up) 2) locks out your opponent's Spell OR Trap Cards while face-up. + if your grave is filled with beasts he can swipe your opponent for a menial amount, assuming he battles. Therrion
Pretty powerful yet rather balanced. Attribute reliant Decks would struggle, however, you made him during a time where hating on a single Attribute is a rather lackluster effect (seeing as most bad players, uh, I mean competitive players, conformed to Dragon Rulers. Cuz they suck). Otherwise, a pretty well bodied, one sided Jinzo (unless your opponent is desperate enough to set bluffs, in which case you're probably going to win regardless). I don't think he is deserving of Level 9, however. I wouldn't mind seeing him at a Level 7 area, quite honestly. He is a Spell Cancelor/Jinzo OR a Shein's Advisor for Attribute (exchanging Attacking for Effects).
