2 Level 3 Monsters
Once per turn: You can detach any number of Xyz Materials from this card to activate the corresponding effect:
• 1: Treat this card as a Level 6 Monster until the End Phase.
• 2: Treat this card as a Level 9 Monster until the End Phase.

[hr]

I wanted to make Number 92 more viable, so a bit of thought led to this rather simple card. Not entirely sure if there is a more correct usage of OCG that could be applied, I might need Zazu for that. Reps for good reviews!

Edit: Changed it to be more useful, and to actually be a worthwhile tuner to go into those troublesome Level 9 Synchros.

I don't see the purpose of it being a Tuner. As an Xyz it's unable to be used as synchro Material, and as a Level 9... well a level 9 tuner is useless. The only viable Synchro monster using this as a Tuner is Celestial Dragon. Other than that the effect is nice and servers its purpose quite well.

Good point on the Tuner thing, I'm going to edit to be more useful.

I can't see to many times where you would care to be a Level 6 Tuner. Both his effects work well with Level 2's, as a 6 would go into a Lv. 8 and 9 would go into Celestial Dragon, but that has already been pointed out. Decent card and nice thought, but as the game stands high level tuners are rather lackluster. Though, I must say, this with Quillbolt=Rank 3 into a Celestial Dragon is pretty darn awesome.

You could give it an effect if it is used as Synchro Material, to reward the player for his efforts. Even a simple Tuningware draw effect would up the card's playability.

Nice thought, with the draw effect; although I might cook up something more interesting. I agree that high Level tuners are rather lacklustre, but in its defence, it allows Xyz decks (namely Rank 3 ones) to pull out a Synchro, so you could always have this in your Extra at 1 if needed. I might work with the concept some more. Thanks for the feedback.

In a Deck using a bunch of Rank 3's, there is no 2 material Lv. 9 worth going into (or that doesn't require certain non-Tuner material), and a distinct lack of Lv. 12 Synchros that aren't Super Play arounds.

As for interesting, go for it, always love to see creativity.
