When this card is Synchro Summoned: Target 1 face-up monster you control, when that monster destroys a monster by battle; Draw 1 card. When this card is sent to the Graveyard as Synchro material; Send all face-up Spell and Trap cards to the Graveyard.

The when Summoned effect is a tad slow, but a nice effect to place onto a card. If his 1500 body can roll something over, then he is a card that only requires two cards to use an ideal potential, however, 1500 isn't much and thus you would want a third card on the table with a reasonable body, meaning this card takes three to reach its potential and that is rather slow/unreliable. Though, that is really what any Tuner wants, another monster, so you can't really bash that. As for the second effect, I guess it hits Fire Fist, but not all that hard. Field Spell users are also hit, but no competitive deck uses that. In a casual sense, I would avoid running low enough monsters to Summon this anyways. Quasar is easier done by Lv. 5s and Formula then a 5, 4, and 3 (or a 3, 3, and 6 which sounds dreadful). Overall, the card is rather weak. You could honestly put something more onto the card, be it an temporary ATK boost to the targeted monster, or something you concieve on your own.
