An extrapolation upon my Starblasters archetype

So I decided to Synchro-ify my Starblasters archetype cuz, you know, why da eff not.

Once per turn: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; that target's ATK becomes 1000, then this card gains ATK equal to the difference between that monster's original ATK and its current ATK. When this card declares an attack: You can send 1 "blaster" monster from your hand to the graveyard, and if you do, your opponent cannot activate any cards or effects until the end of the damage step.[/spoiler]
