Zazubat
The "Revision Challenge" is where I go back and remake my old cards. You can view more on how I do that HERE Old Card: Original Lore: Once per turn if this card is in your graveyard, you can bannish 1 monster card, besides this card, from your graveyard and return 1 Bannished Thunder monster to your graveyard. Fixed Lore: If this card is in your Graveyard: You can banish 1 other monster in your Graveyard; return 1 of your banished Thunder-Type monsters to your Graveyard. My Thoughts: It's pretty meh. It's Type breaks it. It would be plenty useful for E-Dragons this format if it was just general, but sadly, it isn't worth what it does. New Card: New Lore: During either player’s Standby Phase: You can reveal this card in your hand to declare 1 Attribute. You can only activate this effect of “Weather Changer” once per turn. During either player’s turn, when an effect is activated that targets a monster(s) with the declared Attribute; you can discard this card, negate the effect, then destroy that card. Therrion
The Tuner effect helps it out some, outside the hand trap purpose. Don't care for it. It's like PoDing a D.D. Crow then telling your opponent to "Try and Monster Reborn, I dare you." The hand trap side of the card is really weak, and it doesn't have anything outside of that rather then being a Vanilla Lv. 4 Tuner. The best this thing can do is dissuade targetting, and maybe play mind games provided you have two and Summon 1 after already revealing one and naming an Attribute. It wouldn't really be used in anything Specificly. It goes nice with Hunders, but Vylon Prism is better in that scenario. The card is meh, but I like the design regardless.
