Love of Ghibli
Some fandom for one of my favorite Zexal characters namely Droite. [spoiler: Lore] When this monster is Normal Summoned you can send one "Butterspy" OR "Palpillon" monster from your deck to the grave. Once per turn you can target one monster on your opponents side of the field and change its battle position (flip effects are not activated at this time).
[spoiler: Lore] When this monster is summoned it is changed to defense position. Once per turn: You can target 1 "Butterspy" OR "Palpillon" monster in your graveyard other than "Sunlit Palpillon." Discard 1 card from your hand to Special Summon the targeted monster.
[spoiler: Lore] When this card is sent to the graveyard: target 1"Butterspy" OR "Palpillon" monster in your graveyard other than "Twilit Palpillon" and Special Summon it. The effect of "Twilit Palpillion" can only be activated once per turn.
[spoiler: Lore] When a Warrior or Insect type monster you control is destroyed and sent to the graveyard place 1 "Butterfly Counter" on this card (max 5). During either players turn target one monster your opponent controls. Change the battle position of the targeted monster. You can use this effect up to the number of "Butterfly Counters" on this card.
Cirlex
Some fandom for one of my favorite Zexal characters namely Droite. Meta Knight???? Either way it's a very good balanced card but is it like a remade Meta Knight???
Therrion
Swarm is useless, to an extent. Would rather run many cards before I considered this worthy. Rare Butterfly is far too annoying for me too like. It is basically the ultimate stall card, demanding S/T hate, which are cards that flat out lack good design whatsoever. Monarch is a great addition to the archetype. V Butterspy is rather lacking, as it is a conditional ATK boost, a not so very viable effect. The wanna-be Twilight (Twilit is weird) Butterspy is also good to an extent, making Foolish Burial a Reborn for them, and being a somewhat good way to guard for a turn or set up next turn when they only have 1 decent attacker. Mr. has an odd name and I don't like it, but nor do I care too much about the name. The effect is nice, even as a stand alone in other decks. "Alright" meaning casual players could use it. Probably a Butterspy that would be included if the deck lacks enough good ones. Sunlit is good, adding a Zombie Master of sorts to the Deck. Sulphur is basically Mr. on a weaker body with a Armageddon Knight for the archetype effect, which is OKAY~~~ but not amazing. It can be ran to make Monarch plays faster, however. Also, the obvious combo with Twilit, which would make Mr. probably a no go due to this making Insta-Xyz plays and having the same effect while ensuring flip effects don't activate. This is a little scatterthought: Didn't feel like making it orderly.

Meaning that most of the cards will have that effect. So to address your individual statements. Swarm is made to make other butterspies like Morpho and Photon a lot more useful and playable. Rare Butterfly requires your monsters to be destroyed which means it involves player interaction so it doesn't really turn into a stall till much later. Like I said before the whole archetype is about switching positions so V. Lady makes it so that when you do it on your turn you can have an offensive option. Sunlit and Moonlit reference to the Moonlight and Sunlight shining upon the monsters. Twilit is a reference to a butterfly in twilight. "Mr." Is a reference to the fact that he is the only male butterspy.
Therrion
You pointed out a bunch of things I know. The Trap is still a major stall, whether it has startup time or not. I just don't like the fact that it could hold off and essentially negate your opponent's BP each turn, every turn, with the only prerequisite being your opponent tried to play the game. The Spell holds no immediate card advantage and thus probably wouldn't be included aside from the casual players, it is a "When in a good position, this helps you get into a better position". Also, it only works with 2 of the archetypes cards, so it is rather conditional. I know what the names refer too. I know V allows an aggressive push, and a decent one, just also a somewhat conditional one. I understand Mr. refers to its male status, however it is still a rather lame name. Even Sir would be better. I don't think the Trap is needed, as it is bad card design. Perhaps make Mr. have a quick effect, thus adding a during your opponent's turn you can change their positions that you wanted in the form of a Trap. V Lady is alright as its effect is stacking. The name of Mr. hardly matters. The Spell is fine as it is, I guess, I just personally wouldn't use it.
