Snow_King
I'm a little surprised that these wind dragons are light attribute rather than wind, but whatever floats your boat I guess... I guess that 4000 ATK isn't something to laugh at, but they are very susceptible to destruction effects. I would suggest adding some sort of protection effect to Uin, such as, "While this card is face-up on the field, "Wind dragon zaho" cannot be targeted or destroyed by card effects." I do appreciate your attempt to make a normal monster relevant to the effect of an effect monster, but I don't really see gaining 1000 ATK to be that much of a boost. I mean, if a 3000 point beater isn't getting the job done, I doubt a 4000 point one will do much better.

l0c0amp
I'm going to suggest maybe toning down Uins effect, seems kind of abuse-able. perhaps say "If 'Wind Dragon Zhao is on the field, this card cannot be targeted by your opponents Monster effects, or Spell/Trap Effects." A 3000 beat-stick that can't be targeted is pretty op in itself, and the monster that effects it is at 3000 as well.
