Furfie
Hey guys, I know you probably get this question a lot, but I am looking for a deck. I recently got back into Yu-gi-oh and I want to update my deck. But I don't know where to start. I want to have a specific archetype in my deck but I don't know which one. I have been research Crystal beasts and Evol but I'm not sure if they are good decks. I also am not sure of which play style I like. Are there any suggestions??? If I find something that suits me, I plan to test it out online first and then buy it in real life.
Dementuo
[s]Crystal Beasts are the best deck[/s] Well, finding a deck that suits you is all about finding your playstyle. If you like Control, look into things like Stun decks (Such as Spellbooks or Evilswarm). If your playstyle is Aggro, then try out Dragon Rulers. If you're a combo player, you might try something like Dragunity OTK. Just tinker around with a deck you find that you like and see what works for you. swag swag swag swag swag s
Dancing Elf OTK is pretty good in my opinion. But Dragon Rulers are also fine.
Furfie
I don't have much knowledge of what I like. I have Zombie world and V for Victory... that's all. So I've never done a HUGE combo in my life.
tazeel3
I play an Ancient Gear deck. It's fabolous because you haven't surprise when you attack, because when an Ancient Gear monster attack, his effect make that your opponent can't avtivate magic or trap card until the end of the battle. Furfie
I checked out Dragon Rulers. Not really my style. I don't play at tournaments, only with my friends so it's no point having a fast winning deck. Also, each of the dragons are like 10 dollars each :
jabber2033
each of the dragons are like 10 dollars each :3 Yeah, and Dracossack (a key card in the Extra) is $120+ a piece. Probably out of your price range. I'd go ahead and test out various decks on Dueling Network before actually buying cards. If you don't know what that is, Dueling Network is a free online dueling site. Its database contains literally every card currently released, so it's good for playing decks that are normally too expensive or testing decks before playing them IRL. Furfie
I plan to use Dueling Network, but I don't know where to start. I know there are HEAPS of decks out there and it would be useful to just narrow it down to some.

Eury
Blue-Eyes, Chaos, and Galaxy are fun.
.Leo
Battlin' Boxers seems like a really good deck to play for fun if you want to go the casual route. But if you want to go with a meta deck, Spellbooks is probably your best bet.
