My first custom card I've been willing to post in a while. It's meant as acceleration, but I'm sure there are faster stuff.

1 Tuner Monster + 1 or more Non-Tuner Monsters
Once per turn: You can put 1 Life Counter on this card (max.6). When a monster(s) is sent to the Graveyard: Put 1 Life Counter on this card for each monster sent. Twice per turn: You can remove Life Counters from this card to Special Summon 1 monster from your hand or Deck with a Level equal to the number of Life Counters removed this way. It cannot be used as Synchro Material.

You should add different ways to give it counters. Examples being "when a card is destroyed" or "when a player gains/loses Life Points". Also, you should remove the max limit, as that is rather pointless to be honest. Also, you didn't include where the monster is Summoned from (is it hand? ((Don't make it hand)), Graveyard? Deck? ((if Deck, maybe the 4 limit is fine)) Where?)

I've taken the comments and changed the card. Instead of a max of 4 I bumped it up to 6. I added a second way to get counters by adding 1 whenever a creature is sent to the graveyard. The way it's worded I meant it to work for when either player gets one sent to the graveyard. In addition I made the Special Summon ability from your hand or deck.

 

All together I hope this speeds it up, and makes it more versatile than the original.

Fairly generic deck grabbing yay~

 

Considering this card's primary context (synchro spam), getting 6 counters on her should be fairly easy.  She also comes with a tanky 2500 defense so that she can last a turn, so playing her last effect won't be very difficult. 

 

I would personally make the summoning thing a once per turn type deal.  Don't want silly loops to come up, now would we?

Once per turn would help prevent loops. I'll fix the OCG with that in consideration:

"Once per turn: You can put 1 Life Counter on this card (max.6). When a monster(s) is sent to the Graveyard: Put 1 Life Counter on this card for each monster sent. Once per turn: You can remove Life Counters from this card to Special Summon 1 monster from your hand or Deck with a Level equal to the number of Life Counters removed this way."

I also suggest adding some other hinderence to the monster, considering you added from the Deck Summoning. This can include making the monster in Defense Position, having its effect(s) negated, or not being able to be used as Synchro Material (I think it'd be cool to Summon a Lv. 6 and Xyz). I'll provide an example of the way to add these effects by editing the last sentence, and you can then replace the last sentence in my above example with one of these sentences.

 

"Once per turn: You can remove Life Counters from this card to Special Summon 1 monster from your hand or Deck in Defense Position with a Level equal to the number of Life Counters removed this way."

Once per turn: You can remove Life Counters from this card to Special Summon 1 monster from your hand or Deck with a Level equal to the number of Life Counters removed this way. A monster Summoned this way has its effect(s) negated."

Thanks for the fix, and feedback Therrion.

 

When I designed it it was made with Xyz Summons in mind. Say spend three counters to get three level 1's, or 4 for two level 2's type thing. When I bumped it to max six counters I forgot that she was level six herself, so I'll call that a lucky accident. I think I'll go with can't be used for Synchro Summon as a downside along with a twice per turn limit for the Special summon effect.

Summoning two from Deck is what got Rescue Cat banned, so you're kind of treading on thin ice. Though, Cat was far more abuseable in the sense of how easy it was to reuse, and it wasn't on a Synchro body and could do so instantly at no cost or buildup, so I guess twice per turn is okay to an extent, unless someone conjures up so really retarded play that would warrant this things doom.

I like that idea of Xyz Summoning, though. If it gets deemed OP, you could always make it target the Graveyard instead.
