Phantasy Dreamz
2 Level 4 Beast-type monsters Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate the effects of all monsters on the field with a higher ATK than this card, also, those monsters cannot declare an attack this turn. ~Dreamz
Therrion
A very nice card. I'm appreciative it only negates stronger monster's effects. I haven't seen you in a while, Dreamz, but it is obvious you're a good card creator. This would make Beast Xyz monsters a thing, allowing a weaker Dolgga to shine for a different Type. I can't see the effect negating coming in handy all too often, and the fact it doesn't destroy kind of hurts the card, but atleast it can hold its self and stall for two turns. To add some offensive power, you could make the effect change them to Defense Position, and not be able to change for a turn as opposed to just not attacking. That way, you could put them in a weaker stance and perhaps pounce on them, symbolizing that this card, a wolf, is a predator as opposed to prey waiting for its own demise (stalling for 2 turns before getting killed). Sora1499
At first I was like "Rank 4 Skill Drain?!?!", but then I kept reading. What this card seems to do is allow you to have a sticky field sin fear of losing your pieces, which I like. I don't agree with Therri that they should be changed to defense, but not allowing them to attack is perfectly fine with me. Overall, a balanced card and a nice addition to chain dog.dek. Therrion
I can't see a player saccing two Beasts to bring out a Board Stall. I was just suggesting a somewhat more aggressive push, as with that weak of a body, it won't do anything but Board Stall.
