[spoiler=text]when you have no monsters on your field, you can summon up to the same number of monsters from your graveyard as your opponent has on the field.[/spoiler]

I think it's interesting that your OC is a Warrior-Type, while you used two different custom sub-types for Twilight. So she can interact with other cards, I would recommend also using a recognized Archetype for her as well. From my perspective, you could use 'Beast' or 'Spellcaster,' and both would fit.

 

I don't know why you're using asterisks on your card text when you don't really need it. I would, however, recommend upgrading your grammar: no "Twilight Sparkle" is not correct. It should be "your opponent cannot target a "Twilight Sparkle" card for attack." Twi herself seems underpowered for her Level, and she would not be pleased with your lack of capitalization. You also do not have to say 'active' and 'on the Field,' however it does make a difference if you are saying "for every face-u Spell or Trap Card on the Field."

 

Attack Phase and Graveyard also ought to be capitalized. And it's spelled 'Fourth.' Pinkie told me so. That's why she's so angry in that picture.
