Zazubat Posted July 6, 2013 Report Share Posted July 6, 2013 Well, one of the only things that can play this is really Archfiends, and even then, this is not really a choice they would make much of the time I don't think. The effect is however kinda powerful. The fact that you can possibly make a 3000 beater Token is kinda insane. I would suggest you at least make the DEF of it 0 so it can more easily be taken over. Galkin Posted July 6, 2013 Report Share Posted July 6, 2013 It's a nice card, being able to throw out a 3000 ATK token if it destroys a monster. However, you won't get more tokens (or a more powerful one) since past the initial attack the opponent will deal with this card quickly. Also, the token ends up being nothing more than a beatstick. I feel this card is not that good enough to warrant a double restriction considering its effect is neither game changing (the token most likely won't be summoned before the Battle Phase) nor does the card have any form of protection.I think it would be best if 1 of the 2 material restrictions should be lifted. Therrion Posted July 6, 2013 Report Share Posted July 6, 2013 If it can't clear a monster, it can provide a 2000 Token, which is weak, but most likely the player will pump out as much 3000 tokens as he can with this (at a really slow pace after the first, might I add). It is balanced in how slow it is. One time, and one time only (basically), you are provided the chance of obtaining a Blue-Eyes. You are in the rank competiting vs. an instant 2 destruction/beater with effect negation, so I wouldn't go to say this card is OP, but it is certainly insanely powerful, though you'd remove the material during MP2 providing a turn head's up for your opponent to find an answer.
