If you don't, you can Special Summon this banished card.

 

[spoiler=Design Notes] This card was just a random idea I had and felt like making. I wanted something that could give you a card in the hand at the cost of itself, but it be your choice if the card is worth grabbing. I know it's a bit slow, but I wasn't sure how far I was willing to go to make him stronger. Way less in Design Notes then usual, but eh. Thoughts? [/spoiler]
