All monsters on the field are treated as "Dream" monsters.  "Dream" monsters you control are unaffected by your opponent's card effects that do not destroy.  Once per turn:  you can target 1 "Dream" Xyz monster, then banish 1 "Dream" monster in your Graveyard; the target monster gains the banished monster's effect until the End Phase of this turn.

While "Dream World" is on the field, draw 1 card for each "Dream" monster your opponent controls.

 

Dream Incarnation

Continuous Spell Card

 

You can discard 1 card to Special Summon 1 "Dream" monster, except for "Dreamsprite" and "The Gross Ghost of Fled Dreams" from your hand.  The effect of "Dream Incarnation" can only be used once per turn.

 

Dreaming Soul

Normal Trap Card

 

Activate only when your opponent activates a card effect.  Banish 1 "Dream" card in your Graveyard, except for "Dreamsprite" and "The Gross Ghost of Fled Dreams" and target 1 card on the field; that card's effects are negated.  During your next Standby Phase, add the banished card to your hand.

 

Dream Shatter

Normal Trap Card

 

Destroy 1 "Dream World"; destroy all cards on the field and both players send all cards in their hand(s) to the Graveyard.  Then, draw 1 card.

 

So, it's an interesting concept where all monsters in the archtype (besides the Xyz Monsters) are Normal Monsters (even in the Deck) because they are all thoughts.  But, rules change when Dream World is out.  Among these changes are the fact that thoughts become material and anything goes.
