TheKaitoKid
Target 1 face-up Synchro Monster you control; Special Summon 1 Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck whose Rank and Type are the same as the target's Level and Type using the target as Xyz Material. A monster Special Summoned by this effect cannot activate its effect this turn. You cannot Special Summon for the rest of the turn this card is activated. You can only activate 1 "Spectrum Change" per turn. So it turns your Synchros into any Xyz of the same Type and Rank. Restricted the effect use on the turn of summon to prevent abuse. Some of the more relevant uses would be Arcnanite > Big Eye, Burei > Dracossack, Junk Warrior/Shien > Pleidas, Stardust > Neo-Galaxy Eyes and Red Eyes > Gustav Max. I still kind of want to balance it a little more. Any advice?
Zazubat
I dunno, making it so you have just pull out a powerful Xyz when your opponent would destroy your monster or something I don't really like, I think just making it a Spell Card is better that way, since you could just use this during your opponnet's End Phase if needed, and that it makes it more balanced since you cannot really do anything with it (besides attacking, so you might want to put that in). I think it could work, but probably needs a little bit of fixing. While it does only pull out guys by the same type, it still isn't very hard when you got plenty of monsters by the same type that are also worth playing, but limiting it more that way will just make it useless, so you can keep that as it is. Also, that's not an Xyz Monster in the image, it's a Dark Synchro, but you know, details.
TheKaitoKid
I know that Hundred Eyes is a Dark Synchro but the card was created before the picture, this is just the best picture I could find to represent what I was getting at (the change from White to Black). Also, made it a Normal Spell to slow it down and make it less AMA-like.

Therrion
You -1 for the Synchro, then -1 again by using this card. I think it is rather balanced as is, to be completely honest. In fact, if released, it wouldn't really be used. I think the Special Summoning thing should only affect the rest of your turn, making it so you can Synchro and use this card in the same turn on that Synchro. Otherwise, the card is fine. I was going to point out the Dark Synchro, but you got a new image above for you so that is resolved regardless.
