During either players turn: Reveal 1 monster in your hand to target 1 monster your opponent controls; the target's Level becomes the same as the revealed monster's.

Your opponent can try to Synchro Summon / Xyz Summon, when youre allowed to change your opponent's monster's levels as you please. - im pretty sure he will fail :P

Explanation: This effect might seem a little...well useless if you want. But the idea behind this is destroying your opponents attemts to Synchro or Xyz Summon. Well hes got a lv 2 tuner and a lv 5 monster - just change the level of any monster to a level he couldnt use. A tuner with lv 8 for example wont be too useful, especially when youre allowed to change the level of any other monster he controls to 8 also - (if you have a level 8 in your hand) anyways..your opponents got 2 monsters of the same level on the field? This guy can change that easily. All you need is a monster on your hand. So this thing's got a weird ATK/DEF stat - i know, but believe me, im heading somewhere with that. + he would be able to beat a lot of non xyz/synchro monsters with those stats.

I honestly don't think this guy is too useful. It's too much work to get out, go nothing else to it, requires a monster in your hand, it's stats are kinda meh, mandatory is still odd, I don't understand why that is. It's nice that it's useable as many times as you like, but I would rather want to new card Risebell the Awakener

My OCG fix: Hover your cursor over the dotted lines to read my reasons for the fixes. Make sure to hover over more than one part of the dotted lines, as it might put the things I have to say together. I do not repeat if you have made the flaw more than once, instead will it be bold (if any). Anything in italic is simple typos (if any). Anything in red means that it is something that is missing and should be there, as well as dotted lines to explain my reasoning/ask why you may have forgotten (if any). Also, if you have the time, check out my OCG Thread.

hm, you have a monster in your hand means He can stop your opponent from nearly every attemt of summing a XYZ or Synchro monster. i dont see why this shouldnt be useful

+ i might add a few more cards of that "Archetype" so its a card wich will have support granted....and summoning a monster like this isnt really that hard nowadays

Anyways, thx for the comment & help

The fact that you need to Tribute 2 to actually get it out. Risebell is just a Normal Summon, where this doesn't have any easy way to get it out.

as i said. Its not supposed to stand alone. And Special Summoning is very easy, even for a monster without Special Summoning Conditions in its effect.

BTw, since the whole "Brutus" thing is supposed to slow your opponent down, you will have a chance to Tribute Summon this card

I dont get your point there, somehow - and i didnt think about risebell, i didnt even know that card - and why do you keep comparing it to this card..Questions over Questions :D

Anyhow thanks for commenting and telling me what you think
