Amanea
The Effect Monster's first and second effect is very repetitive. I really only think that they need the first and third, although there really wouldn't be any point in paying Life Points to discard a card when you can discard a card and gain milling power for Horseman and Nymph. Phoenix's effect is pretty pointless. I would replace it with something that strengthens Drowning Synchro Monsters. That would give him more integration with the deck. Dragon needs the trademark effect, and perhaps a drawback for being able to draw an extra card each turn while not being able to be destroyed by battle. I would take away his battle immunity and give him the three (or however many you're keeping) effects. Predator's second effect is mandatory, which I don't think was intended. Priestess has the exact same effect as Predator, which I hope wasn't intended. Serpent's first effect should come with a cost more severe, such as a 1500 Life Point cost. I think King should require 2 or more non-Tuner monsters. Those are just some suggestions. I really like how the effect monsters operate by taking advantage of deliberately "bad" effects. I especially like Horseman, Nymph, and Dinosaur. They really feel like they are geared toward Synchro Summoning. Great job! I'll be waiting for the Spell/Trap Cards. ^^

TheNextEcho
@ chaos affinity: thank you for your in depth analysis I fixed priestess, with regards to the three effects, i tried to make the first halve of each effect a cost, so for example you couldn't use the "Discard 1 card;" in dark worlds. i tried to make i agree with what you said about dragon but i haven't come up with a decent enough draw back and giving it the three eff would make it to much. the reason i made phoenix because nymph and dragon would compensate for the discarding and milling, so i made one to regain life points. i'm still working on the spell/trap cards at the moment but contrast kind of indicate what i'm going for @ jakerer thank you for your comment
