Tighten up the OCG, first and foremost.

 

So this monster has 2700 ATK and 2500 DEF. Not bad, considering it is a level 7 monster. That's a decent set-up, I'd say. Now the effect. When the monster is summoned, you destroy a level 4 or lower monster. That in itself is a pretty decent ability. Now here is where I'm not quite getting what the effect is.

 

Is the negating of Spell/Trap cards a passive effect or only in response to this card destroying a monster. If it is in response, than the effect isn't as good as I expected. If it does just negate spell and trap cards passively, I'd say it was too strong.

 

Not quite sure what to say, but the Name and picture are pretty sweet.
