yugiohmakermasta
Lore: during your opponent's Draw Phase, if your opponent draws a dark monster with 1800 or more ATK points, return it to the top of the deck. The deck is then shuffled. all dark attribute dragon-Type monsters you control gain an extra 500 ATK and DEF point. If a dark attribute dragon-Type monster would be destroyed by a card effect discard 1 card to negate the effect. Thoughts on this card, I kinda decided to get back into card making a little bit. Snow_King
Here's a PSCT fix for you: During your opponent's Draw Phase, if your opponent draws a DARK monster with 1800 or more ATK, it is returned to the top of the deck, and the deck is then shuffled. All DARK, Dragon-Type monsters you control gain 500 ATK and DEF. If a DARK, Dragon-Type monster would be destroyed by a card effect, you can discard 1 card to negate the effect. Now here are my thoughts on the card itself: This card is actually very over-powered in my opinion because it can deny your opponent their draw. There aren't many dark decks that make use of main deck monsters with high attack currently, but this would be prime side-deck material because it can stop your opponent from drawing any of their powerful monsters with you do find yourself up against such a deck. Not only that, but this allows you to see every card that your opponent draws, because they would have to reveal the cards that they draw to you to prove that they are not >1800 DARKs. I don't think that there are really that many dark dragons that the boost would apply to that are worth running other than REDMD. The discarding 1 card protection part is pretty balanced in my opinion, it's just that first part of seeing everything that your opponent draws, and possibly denying them their draw that makes this card too much. Other than that, the only other thing that I can say is that it feels much more like a field spell that a continuous trap card to me.
