Target 1 Special Summoned monster on the field; negate its effects until the End Phase. When the targeted monster is destroyed by battle: Banish this card in your Graveyard; Special Summon the destroyed monster to your opponent's side of the field and negate its effect until your opponent's End Phase. 

 

 

This makes perfect sense, when your deck benefits on Special Summoned monsters your opponent controls. :)

Intersting card. It can make cards like Susanowo deal a lot of damage, and can get rid of traps you might have put on the card, and then get it back so you can steal it easily. I don't know how exactly you wish for it to be played, but it is an interesting card never the less. The card seems balanced enough though, only gets SS'ed monsters, so it isn't just a free negate, and since it targets, and it's a Normal Spell, it isn't as broken as you might think from something that negates, job well done on the balancing.

And for the balancing, thats exactly what i thought. Your opponent will only suffer, when he actually Special Summons monsters with useful effects - this is a way to stop it :)
