CARD DESCRIPTION:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by tributing 3 warrior or Beast-Warrior-Type monsters. This card cannot not be targeted by Spells/Traps and monster Effects at the time of summoning. This card Effect is activated immediately by increasing Kumeru's ATK by 1400. Kumeru can change the position of any 1 of your opponents monster, battle piercing damage is then calculated. Kumeru can perform a second attack of 300 direct damage to your opponent. Kumeru is automatically switched to DEF position at the end of your Battle Phase for 1 turn. Discard your entire hand to restart this cards Effect on your next Main Phase

If you were going for a God-like card, congrats. You did it :D Like the card and the MTG art.

The only thing I'm confused about is his effect. I'm assuming the "no targeting" is separate from his "effect". Do all those effects activate when Summoned and once per turn after that?

Hey man thanks for the reply.. So I was trying to aim at is that the "non targeting" effect is activated as soon as the card is summoned to avoid it from getting destroyed or what ever. And the second part of the effect follows right after. In which you get the option to discard your entire hand on your next main phase to re activate the second part of the effect. Hope that clears it up. Ill try to re word the text better

He definitely pays off for the cost to summon him...

Mind if I fix the grammar as best I can?

"Cannot be normal summoned/set. This card cannot be special summoned except by tributing 3 face-up Warrior or Beast-warrior type monsters you control. When this card is Summoned, other cards and effects cannot be activated, and this card gains 1400 ATK. This card cannot be targeted. Once per turn, you can change the battle position of 1 monster your opponent controls. When this card attacks a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than this card's ATK, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent, then, inflict 300 damage to your opponent. At the end of the battle phase, if this card attacked, switch it to defense position. This card's effects can only be activated/applied once while this card is face-up on the field, unless you discard your entire hand at the start of Main Phase 1 each turn."

I think the card is pretty balanced, since it doesn't say that his summon can't be negated, but that you can't respond to him, like Bottomless or Torrential. The only decks that can quickly and consistently bring this card out would also be Samurai and HEROs, which, if they swarm, they're putting their hand on the field, which, with an effect that lusts for a hand for his effect to continue activating, would hurt them more than it could benefit.

But man oh man, decrease that DEF to something like 2600, so it's not totally insurmountable, but stuff like Big Eye and Dracossack can't run it over.
