Just a little random idea I had. And I like the image. So there's that. KARD MAYKIN FORK JAER.

[quote]When your opponent’s monster declares an attack or activates a card effect: You can discard this card to the Graveyard; negate that attack or effect until next time it declares an attack, or activates that effect. The effect of “Peroperopero” can only be activated once per turn. If this card would be returned to the Deck from the Graveyard, you can add it to your hand and bansh 1 other monster in your Graveyard instead.

Bear with me here, as I haven't reviewed anything for the last few months.

Name: The idea of the name seems to be based off Yuma's Syllable cards, which is fitting, considering that Hand Traps are a recurring type of card Yuma uses. Short, simple and to the point. Nothing wrong with it. And, I don't know if this is intentional, but "Pero" is an uncommon replacement for "but" which could reference the countering effect of the card.

Image: It's okay quality, it's a reptile, but it really doesn't flow well with the rest of the card. It might just be me, but the lighting and scales give off a feel of a more aquatic lizard. The background does give off a feeling of an element of surprise, as there seems  to be a lot of action, but it just doesn't fit well with the attribute.

OCG: There are quite some misses and misspellings here, such as "banish" and "next time" needing a "the" before it. However, the thing that bothers me the most about the wording is the part after the negation. Under normal circumstances, negating a Trigger effect wouldn't cause it to try and trigger again unless it sat on a Monster or Continuous Spell/Trap Card body. Considering this, the only thing I get out of this is that it maybe cannot negate effects on non-Continuous Spell/Trap Cards or monsters because it needs a time lapse?

Balance/Usefulness: One major factor for this card is King of the Feral Imps, a generic Rank 4 that can consistently grab this card. It also has a lot of chainability, which might or might not be slightly balanced by what I mentioned above. The last effect doesn't really have a good number of triggers, one that comes to mind is Des Feral Imp, and then throw in some Chaos. You could of course rather easily put this card in the Graveyard with Snake Rain. It could have its place in some decks, (aliens, for example) but I think the balance has been slightly broken by just how much it can do by itself.

Overall, some wording issues and balance is so-so, but I like the style of this card overall.

So it is a more overall Veiler with a less favorable Attribute, no Tuner status, but a somewhat decent body. Also, it is searchable with with King, and the Level 4 body goes nice in RepGadgets.

Veiler is only during opponent's Main Phase, this is whenever.

Veiler is for the turn, this is until it somehow manages to occur again.

Veiler doesn't do anything but negate effects, this can negate effects and attacks as well as has this other effect for Avarice/Emeral to add it to hand while also banishing something from Grave (may or may not benefit Deck, depends).

Unless I am missing something, which I very well may be. As it stands, however, the game doesn't need Veilers with more overall purpose while in the hand.

I always have OCG flaws because I never double check. I don't know why, I just am too lazy to do so, which is weird, since I made an OCG thread after all... Anyway, you seem to think it gets Spells/Traps as well, well no, it's only monsters. Well, it cannot negate Continuous effects, it says activates. I don't really know how I would balance this, maybe banish the card from the hand instead, and remove the last part? Lastly, peropero means licking in Japanese (according to a website I found). You can probably put the relation of the name and the effect together.

Oh wow, I missed that part. I didn't say it could negate Continuous effects, just trigger effects on a Continuous Spell/Trap Card. Although there aren't a lot of those either, possibly some Field Spells. The last part isn't that bad, considering how little it can work off. I think Avarice wouldn't work anyway, so there's that.

Okay. Well, now it became multilingual. Accidentally.
