Vylon Omicron

Once per turn, you can target 1 card in your Graveyard; apply 1 of the following effects depending  on the Card Type:
● Equip Spell Card: Equip that card to an appropriate target on the field.
● "Vylon" Monster Card: Equip it to 1 "Vylon" monster you control and treat is as an Equip Spell Card (if the equipped card is a Union monster, it is treated as being equipped by its own effect).

Kind of slow effect, but an effect that let's use reuse anything you've lost wasn't fitting for a level 4 (especially with so many targets), so I had to make it level 5 (also, so it synchros into Alpha and Omega). Pulls off plenty of shenanigans such as putting in some really ugly Equips on your opponent (Axe of Fools, Darkworld Shackles, Megamorph, Big Bang Shot), let's you reuse Vylon cards with search effects and let's you avoid activation costs. Honestly, not much, but Vylons and Equip Spells in general need some support.

 

Also, Vylon Element target, keep it in mind.

Honestly, I feel since it is dealing with Vylon, the effect could've been on a Level 4 and got away with it. Very easily, in fact.

I don't have experience with builds that use Element, but I see how it could be beneficial. The Level is nice with some of the Synchros as well. All in all, perhaps it just needs a way to Summon itself, like destroying an Equip or just being able to Normal Summon without Tributing if you control a "Vylon" monster, etc.
