Kingdom Xathers Posted July 26, 2013 Report Share Posted July 26, 2013 Cannot be used as a Synchro Material, except for the Synchro Summon of a WATER monster. You can remove up to 4 Ice Counters from anywhere on the field; Special Summon 1 WATER monster from your Graveyard, except "Cyber Snowman", whose Level is equal to the number of removed Ice Counters. This effect of "Cyber Snowman" can only be used once while this card is face-up on the field. A monster Special Summoned by this effect cannot be used as an Xyz Material, and is banished when it leaves the field. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
