~Shin~
Showing your hand to the opponent is a great disadvantage, its too heavy of a drawback for this card. I not sure what the opponent does with the cards they pick, but I would guess they discard them, again a drawback which this card does not need. The last effect is the only beneficial thing here, and it is not good enough to balance out the drawbacks you listed. I suggest that you reconsider this card's drawbacks, and make its last effect somewhat similar to "Rampart Blaster" or/and "Total Defense Shogun". Hope I helped

Therrion
Well, first off, it doesn't state what the chosen card does. Does it get sent to the graveyard? Banished? Shuffled into Deck? Well, I don't think any of that should be done. This guy doesn't need a drawback, he needs more beef. Perhaps you could go with an effect like this (I tried to keep it SOMEWHAT similar): When this card is Synchro Summoned: Look at your opponent's hand. During your Battle Phase: This card's ATK and DEF are switched, and if it destroy's an opponent's monster by battle; you can change the battle position of 1 monster on the field. The seeing an opponent's hand is pretty good, but provides no advantage to you and thus doesn't really power him up too much. He will be a 2500/1750 monster during your Battle Phase, and if he kills a monster, you can strategicly turn an opponent's monster into a weaker position for another one of your monsters to kill or change him back into Defense Position so your opponent will have to have more then 2500 ATK to deal with him during their Battle Phase.
