Anyway, since I'm not really up to date with the Advanced Clause and all that garbage, I'm assuming we still have to put something here explaining our design choices, etc. Basically, I was looking for something to support a more fun, fast-paced version of HEROes (mainly Bubblebeat), but obviously something that tutors Spells of any kind is a dangerous mechanic. More or less, I think what's cool about it is the fact that you can play it in the Fortune Lady/Destiny HERO version of the Deck because it allows for somewhat faster Absolute Zero plays. I added the Graveyard restriction so Limit Reverse/Call of the Haunted/Monster Reborn couldn't be used as a means of bringing it out, and I figured the Damage Step restriction was just an added hinderance. I'm aware Miracle Fusion isn't the most ideal design itself, but if it were at 1 like it should be, I see no problem with searching it. The card itself doesn't mesh well with the HERO theme so running it in and of itself is risky as it is. Idk, maybe I'm still terrible. But it seems alright. Would appreciate some CnC. She suffers from not being a HERO, however, that would just be bad design if she herself was a HERO anyways, so good job there. She provides a useable WATER monster for the Deck, making for easier Zero plays. The fact she searchs Miracle Fusion for that very play is nice, but the fact she can Summon herself from the banished zone is pushing it. I would rather see her be able to be Special Summoned via CotH then to be able to +2 of herself from the banished zone at no cost, only an easy to fulfill condition. Flavour/Originality No flavour, but it is moreso pursueing assisting a deck competitively, so I guess that is fine. She doesn't look like a Warrior, morelike a Spellcaster, and it feels like you made her a Warrior just for Reinforce Truth/Reinforcements of the Army. You could've just found a WATER looking Warrior, but I assume that was simply hard to find. Either way, the picture doesn't fit the typing or effect. Suggestions/Additional Comments As I hinted at in the first section. I would rather see her Special Summoned via another cards effect (from the Graveyard) and get the search rather then she herself Summon herself from a "already used for what I search" pile as a +2 straight up. She shouldn't be allowed to Summon herself from the banished zone, as that is just wonky card design. Instead, remove the first clause and simply allow her to Special Summon herself from the hand. If the player wishes to use her effect more, they can run CotH/etc. to retrieve her and get the search as they please, it isn't nearly as crazy as what she does.
