Seraphic Warrior Lady

During the End Phase of your turn, if this card is currently banished: You can return this banished card to your Deck, then send 1 LIGHT Warrior, Beast-Warrior or Spellcaster-Type monster from your Deck to the Graveyard, except "Seraphic Warrior Lady". This effect of "Seraphic Warrior Lady" can only be used once per turn.


Primarily made as a possible Combo piece with Valkyrie Knight, but I also gave it a possible niche in other Decks as well.

Effect & Use: I don't really find this very useful. You wish for it to work with Valkyrian Knight, granted, it can work with it, but I can honestly not really recall a Deck where it could be of any use. The fact that it needs to be banished first off makes it hard to work, and Valkyrian Knight requires a Level 5 in the Graveyard, and that this card must also be in there for its effect, it is extreamly slow to actually use, and on top of that, you can't even send a good card to the Graveyard with this card to begin with, or you will be required to use multiple Valkyrian Knights, and again, it is way to slow for it to be worth it. It is suppose to set up some combos, and it possibly could, but I see no reason not just to use Foolish Burial instead.

Design/Balance: It is very slow, and unless you can find a way to banish Warrior monsters easily, this isn't broken at all. If Warriors dealt more with higher Level monsters, it and Valkyrian Knight could be nice, but still not extreamly broken, unless there is some crazy monster I don't know of. The no itself and OPT really isn't needed, though it is balanced I suppose.

Flavor/Image and Originality: I had to look up what Seraphic means, and it let me to the word Seraph, which is another word for angle it seems. So, this would fit Fairy more. I know that because it has a sword, and it supports Warriors, it can help in that regard, though it would make more sense like that. The image is kinda bad quality, probably just YCM being crappy, though it looks alright, even if it is potato-like quality. It isn't that original, it just sends stuff, but in the way it does it it kind of is.

Overall: Pretty eh card. I think you need to do something more with this card for it to be good really. Read my change to see what I feel could make it work better. 4/10

My Version(s):

If you control "Valkyrian Knight" you can Special Summon this card (from your hand), but this card cannot attack this turn. You can only Special Summon 1 "Seraphic Warrior Lady" this way per turn. When this card is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect): You can banish this card from your Graveyard; send 1 LIGHT Warrior, Beast-Warrior or Spellcaster-Type monster from your Deck to your Graveyard.

 

I hope my version doesn't screw up anything to do with Valkyrian Knight you may have thought of, but that would help it a little bit I feel.
