Hehe.']During the Main Phase, when your opponent activates a Spell Card and they have activated another Spell card in the same turn: You can Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard, then, if your opponent has 6 or more cards in their hand, shuffle random cards from your opponent's hand into the Deck until they have exactly 5 cards in their hand. Whenever your opponent adds a card(s) from their Deck to their hand outside of the Draw Phase by their card effect, they must send an equal number of cards from their hand to the Graveyard (drawing cards is considered "adding cards from the Deck to the hand").
