necrosim
Jade Amethyst Dragon ********** Rock Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned by selecting 3 of your Spell and Trap Card zones. The selected zones cannot be used. When this card is Special Summoned by its own effect, destroy all monsters you control. This card gains 800 ATK for each Rock-Type monster in your Graveyard. Once per turn you can banish 1 Rock-Type monster in your Graveyard and select 1 card in your opponents Spell and Trap zone; if it is face-up it’s effect is negated, if it face-down, it cannot be activated while this card is on the field. Cards cannot be activated in response to this cards effect.. During each of your End Phases send hte top 4 cards from your Deck to the Graveyard Jeez, that's a long effect, but I think everything on it is necessary. As the title says, this card is made for Rock Stun.dek support. For some reason even though that deck has so much going for it, it's still not doing much, I think this card might be what it needs. It helps you take care of Spell and Traps and later on in the duel can become a big beater, but you have to keep your graveyard in check to keep it's attack up but also to have fuel for it's effect. What are your opinions? Do you think the summoning conditions are too easy? I wanted to do something outside of the typical "banish X monsters from the Grave to special summon thing". Sk00ps
I can see this card being used in Lightsworns oddly enough just because of the mill effect. Though Judgment Dragon is better. I like the mill 4 effect. It's very useful for getting Rock-Types into the Grave. What I don't like I can't really say aside from its summoning condition and for a monster of its level the Defense Points. It needs a bit of a DEF boost to about 3000 or so but below 3500. Zazubat
[b]If I gave a good review, click the "Like This" button (also for other people than the card maker). It helps me out in the [url=http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/304621-review-board-remember-if-someone-did-a-good-review-rep-them/]Review Board.[/url][/b] You have many major problems with your OCG here. First, you never said where you Special Summon from. Why do people keep forgetting this? It isn't that hard. Secondly, this guy cannot even be used since it destroys itself when you SS it. And lastly, the targeted Spell and Trap Card Zones may never be used again, meaning that you cannot play 2 of this card ever. I don't know if that was your idea or not, but it can really mess you over. That said, the card itself, while it can get easily very powerful, is decent enough. I havn't had a lot of experience with Rock Stun, though this seems pretty decent enough. I think the Summoning conditions might be a little easy if your Deck plays around it, so lowering the ATK to 500 or 600 might be ideal. I also find the Lightsworn-like send effect kind of odd, but I suppose it could work to give this guy more ATK, and use Block Golem and such. Its Level might not do anything special for it, since there're no other Rank 10s, though there is always the Trap Monster Level 10, so you could use that and make some Xyzs with it. But, it is suppose to be a standalone boss, so you probably don't want that. I also like the art, while I don't really know what Dragon has to do with it, it looks pretty cool. OCG fix: Hover your cursor over the word(s) with the dotted lines to read my reasons for the fixes. Make sure to hover over more than one one word, as it might put the things I have to say together with the dotted lines (or view it with BBcode turned off, just copy and paste it and click the switch in the control pannel). I do not repeat if you have made the flaw more than once, instead will it be bold (if any). Anything in italic is simple typos (if any). Anything in red means that it is something that is missing and should be there, as well as dotted lines to explain my reasoning/ask why you may have forgotten (if any). Also, if you have the time, check out my OCG Thread.
