It is a problematic card. Well, it isn't too easy to summon (or should I say, maintain) those monsters on the field long enough for this card to see play (especially since this isn't searchable) and a Deck built around this...is going to have a hard time working. Yet, when it does work...it is overkill. A full ATK gain only promotes OTK (since it has 0 during your opponent's turn) and can be completely abussed by dumping something semi-usable (Malefics). But, to even run that, your deck would need to run even more cards that will give running those Kuribohs a hard time! Truly problematic.

 

So...I have to say it is badly designed. It only works for OTK and has to be summoned via a playstyle that doesn't match kuriboh or the "Kuri" arctype! Speaking of which, it is a bit sad that this doesn't promote the "Kuri" archtype and only a few (yet memorable) members. So if you would excuse me, I will go through this by part:

 

 

Must be *Summoned* by Tributing 3 "Kuriboh" or level 1 "Kuri" monsters and cannot be Summoned by other ways.

Note the asterisk on "Summoned". I have to inform you that you must specific if this is a Normal Summon or a Special Summon and from your hand (Usually written with: (from your hand) after you indicate the type of Summon). I merely changed the requirements so you can include "Kuribon", "Kurivolt", "Kuriphoton" and all forms of "Winged Kuriboh", on top of "Kuriboh". No reason to leave this entire archtype behind.

 

 

Increase the ATK of all "Kuriboh" and level 1 "Kuri"  monsters by 2000.

ATK is the correct form of designating the ATK parameter. If you say attack, you are refering to declaring an attack. These are 2 different concepts. Kuriboh was not meant to be an aggresive monsters and if you want to give them offense, you should not put it on 1 monster! The best thing to do is spread the lovepower. As such, I recommended an effect that increases ATK statically, otherwise you are making an OTK card for things kuriboh is not meant to do!

 

As for other things, it would look more accurate if army of Kuriboh had 900 ATK and 600 DEF (3 kuribohs) and, seeing as this is an army, it would be good if it had an effect for Special Summoning "Kuri" monsters so they can benefit off this effect and/or adding "Kuri" monsters to your hand (where they were originally meant to be...at least "Kuriboh"). With this, "Army of Kuriboh" should look less like...a really bad OTK card and more like a support for "Kuri" monsters, filling in where they are weak.
