It is kind of unique you can actually choose what to number each Monster Card zone before you roll the dice, although it still ends as luck. In concept it isn't bad, but it is lacking on the payoff. Luck cards have the problem of completely backfiring on you and while you can control your luck by waiting for more monsters to come in, I can't say it is ever worth it. The main problem, as said, is the payoff for landing the roll, which often times works best when they are swarming and, more often than not, there are way better and reliable options for dealing with that.

So my suggestion is to increase the payoff for landing the dice roll, preferably in a way that benefits you more when dealing with swarm situations while still maintaing luck. So, with that, here is what I suggest: On top of destroying the monster in that Monster Card Zone, it will also let you destroy 1 monster adjacent to it by rolling a second die. To help you understand, I wrote a sample text:

...Roll a die, and if the result matches a Monster Zone with the same labeled number, and that Monster Zone is occupied; destroy it, then you can roll the die again and, if the rolled number matches the labeled number of a Monster Card Zone that is adjacent to the destroyed monster's Zone, destroy the monster that is on the labeled Monster Card Zone of the matching die number...

...And of course, this being something completely different from ever done, inventing the wording for it (short and simple preferably) is a pain, but hopefully you got the gist of the idea.

Thanks for the feedback!

Maybe, if you land a destrucion, you could just re-do the effect? Or possibly, to make if fairer, if a 6 is landed, you can choose what to destroy? There is a cost, as the more you destroy (or if they have little monsters out anyway) they can hit an un occupied zone, and take the damage?

What do you (or anyone) else think. Also, could you elaborate on the adjacent idea again for me. Little confused~

Thanks!

Adjacent refers to anything near that monster. By adjacent, I mean anything next to that zone. If we were to take the following labeling:

2 4 1 5 3

If your die landed on 1, then 4 and 5 are adjacent to it, therefore if your second roll lands there, you can destroy something. In another example, if your die landed on 2, only 4 is adjacent to it. Think of adjadcent as anything directly to the left/right of that zone. Anyway, an option for 6 = destroy anything is kind of broken for a quickplay. 1000 Damage is not important. What you could do instead is that if it lands on 6, you must re-roll.
