This card cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. You must first Special Summon this card by banishing 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster from your Graveyard (from the Hand). When this card is Summoned, you can send 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster from your Deck to the Graveyard. Their effects in the graveyard are negated. You can only control 1 "Chaos Empress."

Yeah, no, first off, it is way too easy to make multiple copies of this, and any other Chaos monster. On top of that, it has very high stats, also, it can be reused afterwards with other Summons and get more and more. Also, you havn't mentioned where it Special Summons from. I assume hand, but please say where next time

Yeah, I realized it creates loops with Eclipse Wyvern and stuff. .---.
