Dark Eye of Infernity

Infernity should be able to make Level 8s in my opinion, gives them many many great options.

When this card is Normal Summone, if you have cards in your hand: Discard all cards in your hand, and if you do, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Infernity" monster from your Graveyard. If this card is used as a Synchro Material Monster, all other monsters must be DARK and/or Fiend-Type monsters. If you have no cards in your hand: You can target 1 "Infernity" card in your Graveyard; shuffel that target into the Deck. You cannot activate that target or cards by the same name for the rest of the turn. This card cannot attack, except if you control another "Infernity" monster.
