Level-Destined

Level 4

EARTH

Warrior/Effect

ATK 1000/DEF 1000

 

When this card is Normal Summoned: add 1 Level 4 or lower "LV" monster from your Deck to your hand.  You can move this card into an unoccupied Spell & Trap Card Zone on your side of the field; Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "LV" monster from your hand.  A monster Special Summoned by this effect cannot be destroyed by battle.  If a monster Special Summoned by this effect is used for the Special Summon of a higher-Leveled "LV" monster of the same name: Draw 1 card.  If this card in your Spell & Trap Card Zone is destroyed: you can send 1 "LV" monster you control to the Graveyard: Special Summon 1 "LV" monster in the text of the sent monster from your hand, Deck or Graveyard ignoring its Summoning Conditions.

 

Warp Level-Up!

Normal Spell Card

 

Activate by targeting 1 Level 4 or lower "LV" monster you control.  Send the target monster to the Graveyard and Special Summon 1 "LV" monster with the same name, but higher Level than the target monster from your Deck ignoring its Summoning Condition.  That monster's Special Summon is treated as if it was Special Summoned by the effect of the monster listed in its card description.  When a monster Special Summoned by this effect is removed from the field: Special Summon 1 "LV" monster with the same name as the removed monster but with the lowest Level in your Graveyard.

 

Burst Mode EX

Equip Spell Card

 

Equip only to a Level 7 or higher "LV" monster.  Up to twice per turn, this card or the equipped monster cannot be destroyed.  When the equipped monster attacks, your opponent cannot activate any card effects until the end of the damage step.  When the equipped monster destroys a monster by battle: inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monster's ATK.

 

Emergency Devolution

Normal Trap Card

 

Target 1 "LV" monster you control that used a lower-Leveled "LV" monster of the same name for its Special Summon you control.  Shuffle that monster into your Deck and Special Summon 1 "LV" monster of the same name, but with a lowest Level from your Graveyard.  During the turn this effect is activated, the Special Summoned monster cannot be destroyed or affected by card effects.

Will go ahead and say I don't feel like providing OCG fixes, but your OCG is good enough to convey what you wanted the cards to do---

 

Level-Destined

Nice search, but annoying that it remains in your S/T Zone for the rest of the game after use. I love everything about this card other then that. Nice job.

 

Warp Level-Up!

While LV monsters are in desperate need of Support, this just makes Horus Lockdown all too real. It is also pretty derpy that this can turn Armed Dragon LV3 into Armed Dragon LV10, though Armed Dragon LV10 isn't that great (ATK of Blue-Eyes with Lightning Vortex is decent at best). Very good approach to making LV a viable option, but sadly would just make Horus Lockdown a thing again, which isn't a HORRIBLE thing, but I don't really side with control.

 

Burst Mode EX

A lulzy casual card that generates no advantage and suffers from what Equip Spells suffer from: an oppurtune target for your opponent to plus. The damage effect isn't worth equipping a card, the conditions are, well, conditional, and the ATK boost is what all ATK boosts are--- subpar. Could suggest removing the ATK boost for a union-esque effect of protection, or just for a "Silver Wing" esque form of protection. As is, isn't worth playing outside casual playgroups.

 

Emergency Devolution

It has its uses, but most likely wouldn't be ran. It doesn't plus, or offer oppurtunities to plus, and the Warp Level-Up has a built in devolution defense of sorts, undermining this card's value. It also suffers from the fact it is a Trap Card as opposed to a Quick Play Spell Card, which would offer instant results during your turn. Unless Lance gets banned (which it will never) I can't see this being ran.
