Woah woah woah WOAH WOAH.

Solemn's Ring is a dumb card. Gonna point that out now.

First off, go look up PSCT and how that works, because you butchered that.

Second off, so I pay 1000 life points for the effect of Solemn Warning AND a Soul Taker that can't be countered by anti-destruction? OH and it's searchable by Hidden Armory. Yea this card's dumb. Not gonna work.

 

Heriage on the other hand is, just bad. If I have to waste a dragunity for something, it needs to be on the power of Leyvaten. Being a tuner is cool, but it bounces what's likely going to be your only Synchro material.

 

So a quick breakdown:

Solemn's Ring = badly designed to the point of possibly broken

Heriage = badly designed to the point of near worthlessness
