Sorry for my absence YCM :( Level and Rank 9 need a little love, but I hate gimmicky bullshit (lookin at you Konami), so I made this, a hopefully non-gimmicky Level 9 that also pumps out Rank 9s. It's also a bit of a pun, since "Nov" is the Latin root for nine, and the card pertains to novae. Comment, review, rate, hate. whatever. Enjoy!
