Ok, so I see no problems with any of its stats. Level 6 DARK Fiend-Type monster with 0 ATK and DEF is good.

Set Number (FIEND-EN001) is almost perfect, except that the left hand side of the dash is limited to 4 characters.

The image isn't supposed to have a plain background, but the head itself is certainly very Evil looking :)

The effect is interesting but the lore is a bit difficult to understand. I suggest you look up "Problem-Solving Card Text" to get a better understanding of how cards are written these days. Honestly, it took me more than one attempt to figure this one out. But I finally managed to translate it into proper OCG terminology. I'm pretty sure this is correct:

"Cannot be Special Summoned. Must be Normal Summoned by Tributing 1 DARK monster you control with 2000 or more ATK, and cannot be Summoned by other ways. The Normal Summon of this card cannot be negated. When this card is Normal Summoned: Banish both this card and the monster used to Summon this card in the Graveyard, then target 1 monster your opponent controls; take control of that target."

I give this card 5.5/10. It loses 3 points for the lore, 1 point for the white background on the image (Sorry, but rules are rules) and finally 1/2 a point for the Set Number.

A thought just occurred to me. If English isn't your first language, I apologize for my harsh criticism about the lore and improve my score to a 7/10. It's a great, original card and would work surprisingly well in a Dark World deck.

I particularly like the hefty cost to take control of a monster, Konami keeps making cards that permanently take control of a monster for no cost and then banning them when they turn out to be broken. Maybe they could learn something from you :D
