I very much like the idea of a fusion of Blue-Eyes and Red-Eyes. The effect is quite decent; however, the wording can certainly be altered. I very much like how Infinityxyz worded the effect. Now, the picture, as you pointed out, is not the best picture for a card with that name, so that's a minus for me, but the overall idea and execution was fairly well-done. My rating: 6/10. If you can work on the official card grammar and find a better picture, that score will jump up a good 2 points.
