I mean, it seems like it'd get banned immediately due to a Macro Cosmos/Dimensional Fissure lockdown. You'd be unable to draw cards as long as the field spell was active, so if you had a bad opening hand... GG. 2000 LP is a cost, but to send half of a deck to the grave and make the grave function /as/ the deck, it seems a bit... Convoluted? Then, each player can pick out 10 cards to put at the bottom of their deck in whichever order and not shuffle. I guess that does mean it'll be at least 20 cards before they get to them, but... Again, Dimensional Fissure would leave them without anything to put back. That, and 20 cards per player risks putting at least 15-20+ monsters in the grave. Could you imagine having the following opening hand? Helios, The Primodrial Sun Helios Duos Megistus Helios Trice Megistus Dimensional Fissure D.D Dynamite/OR Heavy Storm Draw: Distorted World Activate Fissure Activate Distorted World Set Fissure Helios Duos Trice Trice at 300(x +3) ATK. Next turn, Dynamite. OTK. Granted, those are some unlikely odds, but this card still needs some sort of work in my opinon.
