1) Why 200? The highest out there is 107 if I recall correctly.

2) It doesn't say how many Xyz Materials it needs.

3) This should be in the Written Cards section, for I see no card.

4) Too much ATK for a rank 2.

I've crossed out every effect that should be burned.

 

Can only be destroyed by "Number" monsters is an anime-only plot device effect.

 

"If this card attacks, banish all cards on the field. During your opponent's Standby Phase, return all of your opponent's banished cards to the field."

This is overpowered and underpowered at the same time, you're banishing every card on the field (including this card), then returning only your opponent's? No.

Try:

When this card attacks an opponent's monster: You can target the monster this card is battling; banish both it and this card. At the end of the Battle Phase, return any monsters banished by this effect to the field.

 

"While you have 2000 or less Life Points, activate this effect:

- Detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: Halve your opponent's Life Points"

LOLWUT? No. Just no. Overpowered.

Try:

"While you have less than 2000 Life Points, this card gains the following effect:

- Once per turn, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: Deal 1000 damage to your opponent."

[Syncopation]

This card is broken and useless at the same time. This is a monster that a villain would use... a very bad villain. At first, the card effect seemed like a retarded version of Number 92, then it seemed like a op version of Number 6. And this might be just my love for the anime, but Numbers are basically embodiments of the users desires and their effects reflect this. So what does desire does is this trying to be? To be the nicest dick? I could go on but the above comment says the rest. 3/10
