I know there are probably a lot of errors but I haven't made a card in a while so please bare with me lol.(UPDATED)

If any number is rolled twice using this effect, take 2000 damage to your life points. Once per turn you can discard 1 card from your hand to the graveyard and roll a dice to activate one of the following effect(s):
1 or 2: Destroy 1 monster card your opponent control.
3 or 4: Select to 3 cards on your opponent side of the field, your opponent then chooses one to return to their hand.
5: Select one card on your opponent side of the field, if it is a monster the selected target cannot attack the next opponent battle phase. If it is a Spell or Trap card, it cannot be activated until this card uses its effect once more, if the card is face-up it's effect(s) are negated until this card uses its effect once more.
6: Until your next battle phase, this card cannot be destroyed by battle. All monsters your opponent controls loses 400 ATK and DEF.

Assassin is not a type, therefore, this card would be considered "unrealistic." You may want to change the type to Warrior-type if you wish for it to remain in RC. As for the effect, The Dice-Roll has no downsides. Look at a card like Number 85: Crazy Box, where, while it has a plethora of decent effects that can be used depending on the roll result, it also has a chance to halve your Life Points. I'm not saying that there has to be a downside, just don't make every result a positive effect. 

Additionally, 2700 ATK is far too high for a Level 4 monster. Consider lowering the ATK to say, 1700 or so (And, if you're going with this option, lower the DEF as well), or raise the level. A Level 8 with 2700 ATK and 2000 DEF should be fine. 

[spoiler=Attempted OCG Fix]Once per turn: You can discard 1 card from your hand; Roll a six-sided die, then, depending on the result, activate one of these effects:

1 or 2: Target 1 monster your opponent controls: Destroy that target.

3 or 4: Target up to 3 cards your opponent controls: Your opponent selects one of those targets, and returns it to the owner's hand. 

5: Target 1 Monster your opponent controls; that card cannot attack until your opponent's next Battle Phase, OR Target 1 Spell or Trap card your opponent controls: that card cannot be activate until you activate this card's effect again, and if it face-up, negate it's effects until this card activates its effect again.
