Description:

This card can only be summoned by removing from play (from field or graveyard) two monsters with 2000 or more attack points. This card is unaffected by monster effects and spells. Every time your opponent activated a card you can remove 500 ATK and DEF points to negate it. You must discard a card in your end phase for this card to stay active.

That's clearly a phoenix in the picture.

Description:

This card can only be Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Can only be Special Summoned by removing from play banishing (from field or Graveyard) two 2 monsters with 2000 or more attack points ATK. This card is unaffected by the effects of monster card effects and Spell Cards. Every time When your opponent activates a card effect: You can remove have this card lose 500 ATK and DEF points to and that activation is negated it.  During each of your End Phases: You must Discard a 1 card or destroy in your end phase for this card to stay active.

OCG fix.

 

Generally, it's overpowered. Change the negate effect to "Once per turn, during either player's turn:" and it's way too easy to summon, have it banish three face-up cards from your side of the field instead. If you do both of these things, the discard effect isn't necessary.

 

Also, take out "Master" monster, I'd say make it a FIRE attribute, and change it to a Winged-Beast, also change the name to "Sun End Phoenix"... because again, that's clearly a phoenix in the picture.

Well OCG is fixed... still I prefer the "remove from play" instead of "Banish" (I'm old school player :)).... Now, about the card, the picture is overused and the name sould be "Sun End Dragon", not "Sun end dragon".
