u need a lot of help

 

1 i like the first but it should be an effect monster not normal and ocg, card grammer

 

2 you need to make it an equip spell and ocg again, its name and effect should be

 

"Underground Scythe", "This card can only be equipped to a Demon-type monster. The equipped monster gains 1000 ATK and DEF"
