All cards in your Main Deck are considered to be Level 1 with X Y-type (Where X is the declared Attribute & X is the declared monster type ) monster with Atk 0 & Def 0 in addition to their other card types until the end of this turn. You cannot Special Summon the turn you activate this effect. You cannot active Spell cards added to your hand this turn.

 

Yeah the OCG is weird but I dont know, thought t'd be interesting. The Spell restriction is there so you cant say use Tenki or RotA to search for a Spell and then play it.
