Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. You can Special Summon this card (from hand) by discarding 1 card from your hand. Once Per Turn you can activate one of these effects.
-Target 2 monsters on either side of the field. Those monsters cannot attack until the end of your opponents end phase.
-Target 2 Banished Monsters. Return those cards to the deck, and draw 1 card.
Target 2 Dark Monsters on the field. Banish those targets, and if you do special summon 1 Dark Monster with 1000 or less attack from your deck in Face-Up Attack Position

Special Summoning just any DARK from the Deck is a little far fetched, all things considered. It is easy to abuse, and easy to get too powerful of a monster for too little. That being said, I don't mind the first effect, as it is worded, it would need two targets. The second is fine, also, and helps reuse of Rabbit (to an extent), as well as refueling Barriers into deck after a Break (the draw is nice, as well).

Overall, nice card, but just tweak (weaken) the last effect, or just remove it (as the card doesn't need it).
