Aeons - Totally not the ones from FFX [3/?]

The Aeon archetype consists of Rank 4 Xyz Monsters that require 3 Level 4 monsters to Summon.  Their ATK and DEF have a sum of 3800, and also share the unique ability that they return to the Extra Deck when they have no Xyz Materials, during the Standby Phase.  Please share your thoughts on these, and constructive criticism is appreciated!

First thing's first: I like the choice of images.

Now , for my input:
1st XYZ: Very balanced. Similar effect to Thunder Spark Dragon, and the returning to the deck when material-less balances out the destruction effect, although it could be at least 200 ATK weaker IMO. Kinda restricts XYZ Reborn shenanigans as well.

2nd XYZ:
I think the effect needs to be toned down a bit. Returning every card on your opponent's field seems unfair, despite this monster's stats. The ATK gain is ok, but I think 2-3 cards is enough. Reminds me of the dark ages when trunade was at 1. Kills me thinking about it :(

3rd XYZ:
I don't care what the stats are, this thing is too broken. It's like an easier-to-setup version of Arcana Force - The World. How about instead of skipping their turn entirely, you make them skip one if their phases, like the Draw Phase, or Main Phase 1 at least...
