Wanted to make something different, kinda useful with Gimmick Puppets.

 

 

 

You can Special Summon this card from your hand by banishing 3 monsters with 1500 or less ATK in your Graveyard. When a card or effect is activated, you can banish this card until the End Phase of the turn. When this banished card returns to the field, its level becomes 8.

Great card really. especially because of the fact that if it was banished in some way other than its own effect, then special summoned to the field, its effect (I think) would still activate. only thing is, banishing 3 monsters seems too much. you could put one of these 2 instead: you can special summon this card from your hand by banishing 2 monsters in your graveyard with less than 1500 ATK or you can special summom this card from your hand by banishing one monster on your side of the field with less than 1500 ATK one or both of those seem good, but DEFINITELY not 3

Eeeeeeh...  It's mediocre.

 

The summoning effect in particular makes it slow.  In fact, it'd only really be able to be summoned mid-late game.

 

The Verz Thunderbird effect is also kinda lacking, cuz at least Thunderbird can act as a floater/beater.  While that card gains 300 to climb things like Rai-Oh, this card just becomes level 8.  Which would, in theory, lead to some rank 8 plays, except...  What kind of rank 8 based deck runs lots of monsters with less than 1500 ATK?  Photons run like 5, if that, hieratics run only 0-2, and they want their vanillas in the grave, and while gimmick puppets run like 8, they would MUCH rather have their necro dolls in the grave than summon this.

 

So, overall, the card is lacking.

 

It'd be more viable if you made it a 2200 beater and made the summoning effect less costly, like banishing just 2 monsters for it.
